This column relates to the New Comparability Allocation method. Only five groups are permitted at this time. This format of this column must be 'Group 1' or 'Group 2' as applicable to the employee. If a number (such as '5') is entered, the system will not recognize the employee as being part of a group and an allocation will not be calculated for that employee.
