How to Have Your Password Reset if You are not Able to Log Into

You may contact to have your password reset.  Having reset your password will result in an email being sent to you containing the following: new password, login name and company code.  You may either use this new password going forward, or you may change it by doing the following: Log into with the new password-> Click on your name in the upper, right-hand corner-> Select "Edit Profile" from the drop-down list-> Enter and confirm your new password-> Update-> Log out and log back in with your new password.

Additionally, a Designated Admin or the Master User on the account will be able to reset your password for you by doing the following: Log into> Wolters Kluwer logo-> Administrative Tasks-> Users-> Select your name from the drop-down list-> Enter and confirm a new password-> Update-> Provide you with the password that was created and you will then be able to log into
