Scrub errors and warnings will continue to show on the Scrub/Eligibility results window even if you've addressed the underlying issue. To remove these warnings/errors you will need to clear and refresh the errors/warnings list. To clear and refresh the errors list you will re-run the Scrub/Eligibility task, in the results window scroll down and click the 'Clear All Participant Errors/Overrides' link. The window will refresh and then you'll want to click the 'Refresh Error List' link. Finally, you'll re-run the Scrub/Eligibility task and when you download the Scrub Errors/Warnings you should no longer see the error/warning.
