The Certification of Interim Amendments is an IRS required document that is to be signed by our customers using our pre-approval letters and when applying for a pre-approval letter in your own firm/organization’s name. This form certifies that all required amendments to retain the plan’s qualified status have been timely adopted and communicated to all adopting employers.
This form is to be completed by our customers (not your clients/plan sponsors). The name of the Pre-Approved Plan Provider is your firm/organizations name. It is to be signed by an authorized person at your firm/organization.
