All users with Designated Admin set to Yes will by default have Custom Report Editor set to Edit. All other users have the Custom Report Editor permissions set to None.

Permissions for the Custom Report Editor are assigned on a user-by-user basis. To grant a user access, hover over the Wolters Kluwer button in the upper-left corner of the ftwilliam.com software, then select Administrative Tasks and click Users. Choose the appropriate user, and on the right side of the screen under Permissions, set Custom Reports Editor to Edit. This setting enables the user to access and use the Custom Report Editor. Setting this permission to None will prevent the user from accessing the Custom Report Editor.
