Dollar signs and totals are only applied to fields that are designated as Currency or Number fields. To edit a field, click the pencil icon to the right of the field name to open the Grid Field Editor, then update the Field Type as needed.
The SSN field is always set to SSN and cannot be edited.
Use the Display Name to make column headers more descriptive and report‑friendly. For example, the variable LastName defaults to “LastName.” Click the pencil icon next to this field to update the display name to a more user-friendly label, such as “Last Name.”
Use the Width setting to adjust the column width. This can help prevent unwanted text wrapping within the column.
