Overview
The DC Compliance Global Dashboard provides a centralized workspace for administrators to efficiently manage and monitor their plans in one place. From this full-screen, interactive view, users can quickly assess plan status, upload or download census data, run compliance testing, and generate client packages—individually or in bulk. Designed to streamline high-volume workflows, the dashboard applies user permissions and division settings to ensure that only authorized plans are visible and actionable. With built-in filtering, sorting, and batch processing capabilities, the Global Dashboard serves as a powerful productivity tool for managing DC Compliance tasks at scale.
Accessing the Global Dashboard
The Global Dashboard can be accessed from:
- Wolters Kluwer Menu → DC Compliance → Global Dashboard
- Tools/Settings → Global Dashboard
When launched, the dashboard opens in a full-screen, movable window, allowing users to position it alongside plan screens or on a separate monitor for improved multitasking.
Default Filters and View Settings
To optimize performance and usability, the dashboard opens with the following default filters applied:
- Admin: Defaults to the current user
- Plan Year End: Defaults to the prior year-end (example: 12/31/2025)
- Responsible (Resp): Set to Yes (plans assigned to the user)
- Sorting:
- Primary: Plan Name
- Secondary: Company Name
Users can adjust filters as needed to refine their plan list.
Sorting and Navigation
- Clicking on any column header will sort the data:
- First click: Ascending order
- Second click: Descending order
- The dashboard allows users to easily scan, sort, and identify plans requiring action.
Permissions and Division Access
- The dashboard displays only plans the user has access to, based on:
- User permissions
- Division settings (if enabled)
- Access levels determine functionality:
- No access: Plan is not visible
- View access: Plan is visible, but only batch export census and batch download client package options are available.
- Edit access: Full functionality, including running tests, uploading census, and printing client packages
This ensures secure and role-based visibility across all plans.

- Note: To ensure intentional changes, each plan must be unlocked individually.
Batch Output and Downloads
- A download link is provided within the dashboard for completed batch jobs
- Only the user who initiated the batch can access the corresponding ZIP file
- Users can retain access to up to 20 recent batch outputs

Additional Features
Depending on configuration, the dashboard may also include:
- Batch Lock Plans:
- Locks all selected plans simultaneously
- Note: To ensure intentional changes, each plan must be unlocked individually.
Batch Processing Considerations
- Batch actions are limited to 100 plans processed at once
- Batch jobs are processed in the background to allow continued system use
- Email notifications provide status updates and access to completed outputs
Best Practices
- Use default filters to quickly identify plans assigned to you
- Leverage batch actions to reduce repetitive tasks
- Review plan selection carefully before executing bulk actions
- Monitor email notifications for batch completion and download links
- Keep track of recent batch outputs to avoid exceeding the 20-batch access limit
- Lock plans after processing is complete
